    Hi!

I have made a simple app for tracking your weight, waist, calories etc. whatever you want. Simple interface, useful features, I hope you will try it out and rate, or at least hit g+1 for a high five for me ;)

    Thank you in advance!

You may want to change that logo before the copyright owners come after you.....

Why, is anything similar to apple reserved to Apple? That's bullshit!

Er... no its called a trademark, and I have a feeling that Apple might just care about that sort of thing as soon as they notice.

But hey.. feel free to sue them and argue it out it in court... let us know what sort of damages you receive for your emotional damage etc...

(or as there doesn't seem to be a direct connection between your fitness application and a picture of an apple, it might be easier for you just to change it )

Well, that not the same apple logo

Well Google might think it's the same logo, well enough for trademark infringement, i.e. it's reversed. And that means your app will be pulled, and possibly your developer account suspended or closed. That's happened many times before.

its not me you need to argue with... it doesn't have to be identical to be an infraction... just close enough.

All I'm saying is, changing your logo now, will save you time ,money and make things a lot easier...

    Yeh, indeed.

If one is going to infringe a registered trademark. I think Apple is probably one of the last ones you'd want to do, that or Disney or something. See Apple Inc. vs Apple Corps.
