hello, i have a ZTE Boost Force through Boostmobile.
4 months no problem, today, went to adjust volume with keys on the left side and phone shut off. happened 10 more times.
took out battery twice for ten min utes each and same thing happens.
never had problem before. i get a message when i go to SETTINGS- SOUND, " unfortunately , settings has stopped "
I am way confused and not a tech person. any help would be appreciated,
