Im having so many problems with the customer service for the phone. The microphone isn't working on my phone so when making phone calls no one can hear me and recording from the video recorder is low .i called boost mobile and they all said the same thing and trouble shoot it but nothing worked. They also told me to go to sprint's store which i did and they said they have nothing to do with the phone. Called back and now telling me to find a boost mobile store and if they don't replace it to have the manager to call them. I'm running all around and calling multi times to have it replaced which is a hassle. The phone is really nice though. I just have a bad one. spent all day trying to replace it.

What I found with Boost is that if you're nice to them (even when you're angry) and don't give them a hard time then they get things solved and are courteous. That same thing is probably true for any business you deal with. Just saying that it helps to be patient and not sound angry.

I was very nice at first but then it just got annoying... Will going to a boost mobile store replace a online purchase?

I don't know, never tried that. But in theory it should work. And like support told you, if you go to the store and have a problem there then ask the store manager to call Boost about it - and at that point Boost will probably tell the Manager to handle it for you. Being nice goes a loooooooong way. Even when you're pissed off just play the role of a nice guy and don't let them know you're pissed. Otherwise they'll get pissed because you're pissed and things just go down hill from there ;)

You gotta remember that these people are just doing their job. They don't make the phones or make the rules. They just do what they're told to do, so complaining to them doesn't get much done. But being nice might get them to do stuff for you to help.

Hopefully going to boost mobile store will help unless they are asses.. I got their number and their live customer service is a lot quicker than calling boost mobile.. just takes like 30 seconds to get to them... Should I go in person or call them first before going.. I have all the stuff I need to return the phone... Also, will a carrier work like best buy work or it must be a boost mobile store?

The microphone looks work fine, Maybe your phone's sound hole be jammed by somethings. just cannot receive enough volume.

Try to turn on the backlight of bottom key on the touch panel, look into the sound hole I think you'll find a bit limpness light leak. If you don't anything in this hole. sure that hole be jammed. once sometime I stabbed this hole with a pin and recovered my phone.

Only time I loose my cool, is when I have to talk to a computer before you get to a human.

try calling boost mobile and trying to get to a live person and have them send you in a wild goose chase... then having them all try the same thing which doesn't work and all that waiting... also i told them not to hang up until i test to see if it fixes and then they hang up when you still need them... I'm going to call in the morning to a few stores to see if they can replace it. then go later after work to resolve it...

they keep telling me to go to a sprint store and i just found out there is no actual store in my area only carriers. called back the manufactur and said to go to a sprint store after i told them there isn't one... then complained more and they took my complaint and said they will call within 1-2 business days. .i should have waited till it hit amazon... they always help me replace items if there is a problem.

They really suck. I was nice, and they still took me for loops. First thing I figured out is to get a ticket number right away, that way you don't have to repeat yourself. Second, tell them to open your account first thing- they really don't until you ask\tell them to. Third, there is no 72 hours, fixes are done in less than 10 minutes. And, finally, they are the cheapest, so anything they give you for help will be the cheapest (my "replacement" phone was a refurbished phone that hasn't been sold for over 2 years and they said I should be grateful).

My wife switched her info/number from one boost 2way/ beep beep type phone to another new same type phone and it had taken the lady an hour and a half to switch all the appropriate info over.. oh yeah when she (boost employee) had the first bit of trouble she said it couldn't be done.only an hour later and figured it out.boost employees always seem confused lol.no matter how technical the question lol

Everyone on Boost can get a code. The codes are only sent to monthly unlimited customers so if you're on the pay as you go plan you wont be getting one. The juno qualifies, if it is on the monthly plan.
