Root [Boost Mobile] downloading

ok, im running cyanogenmod 11 and i figured out that i had to manually install the snapshot update which i did...and i rebooted..then when i went to get into settings it would open and close right a way so i rebooted again...and it still did it my questions is, when i pressed the power button and then the reboot option i accidently clicked downloading instead of recovery now it says downloading and dont turn off power..
is it safe to turn of the power or just wait

ok i rebooted the device just cant get into the settings
