Root [Boost Mobile] Just rooted, i have a Rom question

How long does it take for a new custom rom take to boot up on first boot.

Usually only 20-25 seconds i believe... ive never timed it... which one are you running?

Edit: oops.. didnt really read your post... the first boot take around a minute or two

Depending on the ROM...average is 1~3 minutes...though on other phones when going to a ROM like MIUI it took 5...but yeah with the warp about 1~3...

It's going to depend heavily on what rom and what it needs to do that first startup. On the original evo roms with God mode enabled could take 20 minutes

Correct.

It took so long because it had to do all of that re partitioning on the first boot

Yea I have had my hands on my fair share of android devices and this is by far the most complicated next to at&t androids.
