Boost mobile samsung transform ultra code: 6 network error

I recently bought a samsung transform ultra from boostmobile. Everything was fine untl a week ago Wednesday when suddenly when I got home my samsung would no longer had service at home. I can rarely make a call and no text messages will go through until I leave home? I believe it is being caused by my netgear wnr2000 v3 router but can find no link. The phone has been reset to factory settings twice, once by boost, and still no home coverage? I have recently received the error "Code: 6 Network Error" but can find no cure for the issue. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
