usually just a minute or so will do the trick......

you could try rebooting through recovery I suppose..........

Im sure there are easier steps but this works for me.....

with phone off press vol down and power button together......

this will take you to an hboot screen.......

    press vol up for recovery.......

this will give you an error screen.........

press vol up and power button.......

this will give you a recovery menu.......

make sure reboot system now is highlighted and press the power button....

    this will reboot the phone

no this is not a reset......... its just reboot......... same as if you turned phone off then back on

its stuck in a loop so you need to break the loop...... usually battery pull will do it........ but if not then you can try reboot through recovery..... might break the loop

    you wont lose anything

if the battery loop still is a problem, try booting into hboot. If you can do that, do a battery pull and restart. If still nothing bring that phone to a VZW store and show them. You might have gotten a defective phone
