Don't ever buy this phone it is cheap. I had to factory reset it because the memory got full and the phone whacked out. there was barely anything even on the phone. it also slows down and does and malfunctions a lot. if your going to spend your money on a prepay buy the straight talk sim for att and get a real phone that isn't prepaid they are junk.

I'm sorry you are having difficulties with your phone. I certainly can understand the frustration with the limited capabilities of a budget model handset. Limited memory has been a problem with a lot of phones and unfortunately, this may be one of them. If you want to keep it, I am sure some of the other owners can give you some tips on troubleshooting and optimization. If it is that much of a problem because of the way you wish to use your phone, perhaps it's time to consider moving to a higher spec'ed model.

For a lot of people, this is a very good phone and they enjoy using it daily. Certainly point out it's limitations, but I wouldn't necessarily call it "junk", simply a lesser model.
