Boot Loop

My daughters ZTE Optik shut down "normally" as usual when the battery dies. Well I'm guessing that's not the case. I plugged it I to let it charge and four hours later it starts to boot but its stuck in a boot loop. All that appears is the android logo and that's it.

Hey well I too had similar issue that screen freezes and stuck on boot logo and then I called sprint they said to call manufactures, those techie
