Ive had this phone for over a year and a few weeks ago I think i updated it and took a nap, after the nap I woke up and it was in a boot loop. I try to factory reset it but it doesnt let me get to the screen to do that, I just see the metro pcs logo and the lg logo but it doesnt let me see the hard reset menu. I need to fix it ASAP
