Help both camera's of my htc XE sensation stopped working

i have a new sensation xe. but whenever i press the camera app, it crashes down n the camera doesnt work n im sent back to home screen. what should i do. i even restartes many times. i also do 3-4 times factory reset , but nothing help me out. still my htc sense z715e both camera's not working. Last week i upgraded to ics. then after two days from updation i clicking some pictures, then suddenly my main camera stopped working. i do some factory reset. but still camera's not working.

I've never heard of this problem, I would suggest taking it back to the vendor.
