Help Bottom Screen Unresponsive

The bottom of my touch screen has recently gone unresponsive. When I try to type messages, I can almost never hit the space bar or anything else in that row for that matter. When playing Word Feud, I can't drag the letters to the game board. There's noticeable lag when using Draw! The strange thing is its more responsive when drawing vertical lines, and practically non responsive when drawing horizontal lines. I'm at a lost, please help!
