    hey guys just wanted ur opinion on my problem. I recently sent my tablet to samsung as it had stopped charging, I was told that a pin had fallen out of the charger and into the tablet damaging the charging port. samsung said it wont cober this under warranty and want

    What are they saying happened? That you somehow broke the pin off the charger and tossed it in there somehow? I mean, how on EARTH could a charging pin fall into the tablet without the charging port being loose to begin with?

    Did you try contacting Samsung again, and finding out what a different CSR has to say? Or talking to a Supervisor?

    (This is why I get a Squaretrade warranty on EVERYTHING.)

    I put it through again as a new repair as they had somehow lost my file from the first time i sent it off and this time it just came back repaired :)
