Broken Screen

Hi,

My sister has a Samsung Galaxy A3 and all of a sudden the screen decided to stop working. The phone is working in the background but we cannot swipe the screen to unlock it. Her contacts have not been saved for some reason to her Google account, therefore if Samsung reset the phone she will loose them and all of her photo's.

We have tried plugging a mouse into the phone to try and unlock it, but can't get it to work. Connecting to Kies, Side Sync or Smart Switch is no use.

Is there anyway that we can see her screen by connecting to another device or does anyone have any advice on what to do?

That would have been good, but u need to have debugging enabled
