I have a KArbonn A7+ mobile with 4.0.2 ICS ROM. I use dolphin Browser and thought I could browse like PC in my android through this software and also did surf like on pc like fb was shown like on pc yahoo answers was shown like on pc but a site when I tried to open this site http://www.professionalemploymentplacement.com the browser said flash not installed. Why is that I tried installing Adobe Reader too but no success. Do I have to install additional plugins or should I use a different browser.

Adobe is no longer supporting flash for any mobile devices, not just Android, and so it is no longer is available in the Play store. However, the Flash11 .apk package is still downloadable from the Adobe website for manual installation.

    Flash 11.1:
    http://download.macromedia.com/pub/...roid/11.1.115.34/install_flash_player_ics.apk

Install Flash, install Firefox, enable plugins in Firefox settings and you're good.

Note: Flash does not work with KitKat 4.4.

These guys above me are right, unfortunately flash support ended with the release of 4.0

So you will have to follow one of the links they gave out to side load the apk.
