This has become a problem recently. While loading webpages the progress bar sometimes gets stuck about halfway. Pressing the Abort button has no effect. Oddly enough, if you rotate the phone it forces the screen to update with what looks like a mostly complete new page, yet the progress bar never stops.
I found a similar thread in the Evo 4G section - the solutions offered there are to restart the phone (it works, but a pain of course) and to install an alternative to the stock browser. The thing is that this problem shows up on the Dolphin HD for me, but not on the stock browser.
Any suggestions/clarifications/etc are greatly welcomed. Clearing cache does not work, unfortunately.
