Help Built in photo editor

I am using samsung galaxy S2 international on xwlsw firmware
when I selected a photo from gallery and opened the menu and selected edit, it said no photo editor is installed, install now
I said OK and I was directed to one samsung app which I could not download ever no matter what I do, download never starts. I contacted the developer and all his suggestions won't solve the issue.
Note: On S3 this same app downloaded and worked like charm

I need the suitable photo editor that work with the system when I select edit from the menu while the photo is displayed
Other photo editors apps that you must start first and then select a photo to edit I know and this is not what I ask for, I need the missing photo editor in the system

Thanks I will do that, but that raised another question:
I have flashed my current JB firmware XWLSW, which has XEU csc code, When I checked as per the link you referred to, and dialed *#1234# I found the csc code is XEU
Now, if this is not the original csc for my device, how can I find original csc?

The simple answer is, you can't unless you wrote the original down before flashing. Sometimes, depending on the version, Kies will show a mismatch on CSC codes. However, since there is unlikely to be any further updates for the SGS2 and most people's warranties have now expired, it doesn't really matter now.

I need to add further that yesterday I was able to solve the problem.
I have read in one site an advice to factory reset after every update firmware by Odin.
I flashed my phone several times with official firmwares and the last one was to unroot from Siyah kernel to go back to Official XWLSW JELLY B.
so I gave it a try and reset by factory reset option and problem solved.
