Has anyone actually used the built in FB and Twitter functionality of the X2? I was wondering if they were worth using?

My wife is using them - I'm using similar on GB/Blur on my D2.

Depends on what you want, I guess....it syncs your FB accounts to your contacts, and there is a nice Blur FB widget you can use to see if there are any current updates and then open it in a window over your desktop and flip through and comment/like on folks status, etc. Pretty convenient.

It's working for me, and my wife likes it.

Do you know if you can stop the syncing of the contacts? I really want it for the feeds (twitter and fb).

you can hide those contacts that sync from facebook et cetera by using the Menu> Display option in Contacts.

If that's what you want, you should freeze the twitter and fb copies built into Motoblur and use the official apps for both services. Works well for me.
