    Hey everybody

I'm a iPhone user who is going to change to Android. I live in Belgium, but I would like to buy the smartphone in Germany (lower prices). I know you can always change the factory language to English, but what about the Google Play store? I would want to acces to belgian store (with belgian apps) but can you do that if you buy a german phone? Or does it all depend on your Google account?
An answer would be much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance

AFAIK it depends on what country you are in at the moment. My sister bought her phone from outside the country and Google Play Store works fine on her phone.

I'm sure it depends on what SIM card is in your phone. But if you did end up on the German store there are mods online that can remove the country restrictions.
