Root .cab file listed in sammyz unbrick guide broken

Hello guys, I have a problem, as does at least one other person from the sammyz's unbrick guide.
The firmware link is broken. By broken I mean that it does not entirely download the file. out of the almost 1 gig file, it goes to about 2% or 22 MB's then stops and fails the download.

I was wondering if anyone reputable could provide me with a stock cab file as that site seems to be Unworking.
I also asked LG Support about the site and they said they have nothing to do with it.
Can anyone help me out with this issue?

I already downloaded the other one and it's working fine. I'm running it now actually.
What is the difference between the one you linked me to on the post we met on and the one you have here?

They're the same I just thought I'd post over here since it would probably help the Lucid 2 owners rather than the Lucid (1) owners.

Yeah I made a post linking to both the cab and the predone kdz that I am now hosting. I'm sure a lot of people don't need it, but it's there if they ever do.
