Can anyone advise if you can change the colour of your 'calendar' when i view my calendar in normal month view, my calendar events have a dark blue tab which is very difficult to see on a black screen?

By default, your local calendar (My Calendar) is light blue. I dont think this can be changed.
As yours is dark blue, I assume your getting your calendars from your google account.
The colours can be changed in the Google calendar app online

I have not found a way to change the colour, I guess it would be nice. I dont really wanna download another because my default calender syncs with my apps/widgets nicely!

You set the colours for all your google account calendars online in your actual google account's calendar. Whatever colour you set for it online will filter through to your handset calendar the next tiime you sync

Hi, can i hijack this thread please as having the same problem -but our calander is synced through the icloud as we are both ex iphone users and have switched to the S2.

Calender is currently black background and strains the eyes after a while but cant work out how to change it.
