Considering jumping from WebOS to Motorola Photon/Gingerbread. Need the following functionality for business side:

    1) full compatibility, syncronization with MS Exchange - email, contacts, events.

    2) when I accept a meeting invite on the phone, an event is created in the calendar.

    3) when I'm creating a new event from the phone, I can directly access contacts by name/email to add as Attendees and they will receive meeting invites.

Does this exist in the Android world(note, it doesn't fully exist in the WebOS world, although it was promised two years ago!)

    Thanks for any help.

There are apps to do what you want but each for a specific purpose.
    Several Exchange apps.
You'll have to open the calendar and create an entry.
Apps such as GoalsToDo can add contacts to your actions lists, et cetera and then pop events into your calendar.
