Help Calendar Problems

really getting hacked off with my SG2, using a mac.

trying to get a calendar on my macbook and phone to sync, have Ical, outlook and google calenders, pref is ical.

one will sync appts to the other, but not the other way round, have set up googlemail in ical, but only seems to sync 1 way.

am on verge of getting a filofax

can anyone suggest anything?
