Calendar Sync multiple devices

G'day guys
I have an S8+ and wife has an iphone

Im looking at purchasing an old note 10.1 just to use as a calendar on the side of our fridge but now sure how im going to be able to sync my outlook calendar and her iphone calendar.

anyone have any suggestions?

With three different platforms involved (Android, iOS, Windows), you should pick one calendar as the primary calendar, and then set things up so the other two sync up with that primary one. And don't be surprised to run into an occasional blip (i.e. pauses in syncing) as cross-platform compatibility can be a bumpy road at times.
If you pick your Google account Calendar to be the main calendar, you can try these set ups:

Im using the stock calendar app on my s8+. It allows me to sync my outlook account to the calendar without doing anything other than signing into it. I might have to create 1 google account for all of us to use.

Instead of creating a new Google account, an option is to just create a new 'calendar'. Within Google Calendar you can create multiple calendars (i.e. a personal calendar, a work calendar, a kid's school events calendar, etc.)
