Call Blocker w/ multiple behaviors ?

Sorry if this has been asked but I checked about 20 threads and couldn't find an answer.

Can someone recommend a call blocker application that will perform different operations depending on the calling number?

For example on some numbers on my block list I would like the call to be disconnected so they can't leave a voicemail on other blocked numbers I would like the call sent directly to voicemail.

I used to use iBlacklist on my iPhone which allowed me to do this. I've tried about 4 different android apps but they all only use one behavior for all the blocked calls (sent to voice mail or disconnected).

If and only if the phone is rooted, Root Call Blocker Pro will allow different blacklist groups to have different behaviors if one so chooses ... it's whatever one configures it to be.
