Call Connection Issue

    Is anyone having any call connection issues? I've just noticed it starting happening yesterday. It seems that I have to dial a number 2 or 3 times for it to connect the call. I have 3 to 4 bars so I don't thinks it's my reception. I've tried taking the battery out and restart the phone but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

    That is a real problem.:(
    I have not noticed any call connection problems with my husband on his S3 or me on my S4. Perhaps this is an issue local to your area. Could it be that they are updating the towers in your area? I know that can cause a temporary issue sometimes. It might be worth a call to customer service to find out if that is the problem.

    Hello Brian. Try removing the SIM card after powering down. Just take it out and then put it back in after a minute or so. Power up and test for proper calling functionality.
