Call History Issue-Tap won't call

Anyone else having this problem? Sorry it's long but I wanted to be detailed:

Recently, whenever I tapped the "Phone" on-screen key, or the green "call" button, the phone wouldn't call whichever contact I tapped from that call history screen. Also whenever I tried calling a contact after I tapped it out alphanumerically from the key pad it would't let me call after I tapped my desired contact.

I fixed this by powering off the phone, then turning it on again. It works the way it was (and as it should) on the first day I got it. I just posted this to see if anyone else was having this problem.

Thanks for posting your fix. I have had this problem for several days, searched and searched for an answer. Didn't think of just turning the phone off to reset. So THANKS! for your post.
