ok i'm a little confused by this - if i press 'menu' then 'settings' it shows a list of different settings. one is 'call settings' and under call settings it says set up voicemail, call forwarding, call waiting, call id' but when i touch and go there the only 3 bars it shows are plus code dialing, other intl dialing, and tty on/off. nothing about the call forwarding, waiting, etc. anyone know why?

My guess is the menu caption is generic for all Android phones but the menu is based on what the provider (in this case Sprint) supports. Voicemail is set up through the visual voicemail app.
