    Hi
I don't have any caller apps installed or dialler apps but recently after every call this screen is displayed, i have tried bringing up the list of recent apps to see what's causing it, but as soon as I do that the screen disappears! I'm guessing it's an app I've installed that maybe has advertisments? Can someone please tell me how I can get rid or what's causing it?

    Thanks Pete

It's definitely an ad. What apps have you installed or updated recently, chances are it is one of those. Are you using anything "free" like GO, DU(Baidu), ES Explorer, Cheetah Mobile, 360, flashlight apps, etc

To be honest I've installed lots but none of them are from the list you've quoted, unfortunately there are too many to start uninstalling to find the culprit. I was hoping to find another way.

P.s I'm not rooted and running android 7 on an S7 edge.

    Thanks Pete

It definitely looks like some form of adware. As for finding out was is causing is, that is up to you to do. It is probably an app from a company like Cheetah Mobile or Baidu.

Thanks, that gives me something to go on as I do have Viva video installed, I'll get rid and see what happens.

    Cheers Pete
