Help Caller ID not showing up when on another call (Call Waiting)

Froyo 2.2 issue

When I am on a phone call and another call comes through, that person's Caller ID contact list name does not come up, just their phone number (even though they are in my contact list). This did not happen on 2.1...it always showed the contact name info.

Any ideas as to why or if there is a setting to change?

Wow, still no answer? I have this problem too, and it's pretty inconvenient. I can't remember ever owning a phone that had bugs like this.

I am hoping there is a fix soon for this. At this point, some of my calls will show up and others do not. No rhyme or reason....

I have the same problem. I have an HTC Incredible running Froyo... Virtuous 3.0.1 with kxk #5.

2.2 is doing this to me also
Even worse, I will see the number calling but later when I log int he call log it will show as payphone but NO phone number to see or call.

It is a problem with Android and NOT the carrier as I spoke to a really good tech there and he has the same problem with his Acer liquid on 2.2.
