I have read a couple of threads but did not get an answer. When I first purchased my TB It would show me the location of the caller when they were calling. Running a business and taking tons of phone calls, this was nice for returning the phone call.

This past week I noticed that this feature was not showing up....is there something that needs to be checked or turned on? I don't recall turning anything specific off. Since the outage I have removed the battery and it is still not back to showing me anything other than the number.

This was a really nice feature and would like to have it back. Any help would greatly be appreciated!

    Thank you!

i've never seen this on my TB.

are you paying extra for any additional features on your plan that would have enabled this?

No I am not. It was one of the first things I noticed that I really liked. Friday April 22 was the last that it did this for me.

Its a pre-installed application called City-ID. It comes with a trial and after the trial period it stops working. I believe they want to charge you 3.99 a month to purchase it. What a rip off!

I think that you may be referring to an app that is pre-installed called City ID...

It has a 15 day trial period that sounds like has expired...

You can purchase the service for $3.99/month...

There's an app floating around that doe's basically the same thing but can't recall the name of it...

Hopefully someone can chime in here with the name of it?...

Sorry Mustang...was posting at the same time...:D

For as much as we have to pay already for the service, now they sucker me with this deal.....ARGH!!!

Whats next, having to pay extra for the phone to alert me of my emails....extra for voice mail...

Well I just looked and I now see Caller I.D. in my aps. It is 1.99 per month. There are other apps out there...some are free and the rest are 1.99 but I'm not positive if that is also a monthly fee, they don't really say.

Thanks to all who have posted it was very informative.
