Support Camera Hangs

    when i try to open the camera then click the snap shot buttton it hang "black" but on the lower left is a small portrait i have no choice but to return back on its prev menu anyone still encountered this?

    Is the picture taken? Do you have the phone in portrait or landscape mode?

    i think not... maybe just wont save... in landscape mode . . .

    for example i first start up my camera then imediately click on snap shot it do sometimes hang on a black screen then a small portrait on the lower left, after that even i waited it is still there nothing happens.. no choice but to click on the "back button"

    Do you by any chance have a different camera application that you could try to use?

    dont have i just got the phone . . .

    really noob on these kind of stuff kinda seek help ....

    If possible download a camera app from the market to confirm if you still get the same issue regardless of the app you use. So open the Market and type in Camera, download any camera app that you find and try to take a picture to see if it works properly or not.
