Try flashing the latest nightly and see if the camera works.
If not you have a bricked camera firmware. [IMG]

Your whole cell restarts or just when you open camera?

If your cell restarts all the time, maybe you installed wrong gapps (google apps). What gapps are you using?

Do you do something with the unit?
Like trying to use the camera? What are the steps you're using (example: trying to use the camera app)? [IMG]

Try to look in applications>running services>all and search for Camera and read its value. You should have 200+ kb value there, if not your Camera firmware is bricked. Post your answer here. [IMG]
