I am new to Galaxy N3 and Android. When I select camera, the screen does not show the settings wheel, only 5 modes are available, and zooming is off... displays "cannot zoom in or out in this mode". No submenus are available. Any assistance is appreciated.

You can pinch to zoom just as you would with pictures. As far as no settings wheel...you can press menu and settings when the camera is open. I dont see why you dont see the settings wheel actually looks more like a gear. The little menu bar shows only a couple of options and then has an arrow that you can select to open more options. hope this helps
