When I try to use the camera, the screen dims for a few seconds, then goes black for a brief moment, then just returns to the screen i was previously on... so the camera never starts up. I've tried pressing the Camera button on the side of the phone, and I've tried accessing it through the screen that shows all the program/app icons, but neither way works.
The phone hasn't been dropped or water damaged or anything like that, and everything else is working fine. I have the latest firmware and I've done a factory reset but the problem persists.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I really like the camera on this phone and I'd hate to lose it!
