My camera won't work it says its unable to camera but idk why

I assume you've covered the obvious - re-starting the phone, ensuring there's free internal storage space - so I would suggest the next thing would be to back everything up and try a factory reset.

If that doesn't help then I'm afraid you're going to have to send the phone for repair .. so you'd need to do the backup and factory reset anyway. Hopefully the phone is still under warranty.
