Can HTC Desire receive video call?

Can HTC Desire receive video call? Any setting require?

it has no camera on front... so i presume not

and i've never come across any such feature

Any phone can receive a Video call. However, if you dont have a front facing camera- the person on the other end won't be able to see you. You would be broadcasting through your normal cam. This is good if something is happening and you'd like to show someone but for having a webcam chat- it's not a great idea.

It mean HTC Desire can receive video call but not video chat?
I tried many times using other video call capable phone to call me desire, and its not working. Any idea?

I didn't think Android has Video chat capability? There was no option on my T-Mobile Pulse which does have 2 camera's... Only to call someone....
