So I have successfully downgraded, rooted, and turned S-off on my Incredible with Unrevoked. After doing that I restored my backup with ClockworkMod successfully and am in the process of restoring backup of apps using MyBackup. The phone now likes to tell me there is a software update available, if I accept and download that will I lose all the root, S-off and what not that I have done?

Also, after doing everything I described above, it seems WiFi doesn't work now. It just says error and eont let me turn it on, is this a common or fixable problem?

The wifi problem is usually solved for me by rebooting my phone. Not sure why it occurs, someone else might have more insight on that.
