I have a Note 5 running 6.0.1 my phone automatically shuts down at 5%. I thought I remember a setting letting me adjust the shutdown percentage. But I can't seem to find it. Is it possible? Am I remembering things right? Lol

I doubt that has anything to do with the software version.

but, I will say, that if you make a habit of always running the battery down that low, it is not going to give you good service.... you will be buying a new one in short order.

Lithium-Ion batteries prefer to be kept in the upper 2/3rds of their capacity...
the manufacturers suggest that we use 40% as a nominal recharge point.
I have an alarm set on my phone to alert me when the battery reaches 40%, that reminds me to try and get it on a charger soon.

I have installed Qi wireless chargers in all of my phones, if the phone is not in use, it is on a charger.
