I have galaxy s7 sm930a at&t model and I want to flash it with stock firmware but the only ones I find are for sm930f model, could I damage my phone by this or is it too small of a difference?

G930F has a different chipset (Exynos) which can brick your device.

The only firmware you can flash on your phone is:

    G930P (sprint)
    G930A (att)
    G930V (verizon)
    G930T (tmobie)
    G930U (US Unlocked)

your best bet is G935U since it doesnt have any carrier bloat on it.
