i like swype for regular use... but prefer the stock for landscape typing. Can I have both without having to keep switching?

You can "long press" any input field to "quick switch" on the fly. so both are active, you just use the one you want.

I don't "think" there is a way to have it switch automatically when you go into landscape it that's what you mean.

Are you saying you want to use swype for portrait and stock HTC for landscape? If so, then no, I don't believe that is possible. You must manually switch between keyboards

Exactly what crash said. I downloaded Smart Keyboard Pro and Swype. So when I long press, I have a choice between the 3 keyboards (including the stock one).

i no how to long press... was wondering if you could always have a mix and match option, as it takes time to switch in between. Thanks guys though
