Can I make a widget or icon for Yahoo Calendar, so I can access the calendar quickly ?
No, I think not.
Seriously though, I'm not entirely sure you can do a widget. You can make a shortcut to the application or website, however.
Well, if a shortcut will work, then I'm hip to that.
Can you give me a shortcut on how to make a shortcut.
Haven't done it before.
I have Yahoo Calendar already saved as a bookmark, but I would like a simple icon on my home page so that I do not have to fish through my bookmarks until I find the one for Yahoo Calendar.
I'm assuming you're running the Evo stock, so here's what that entails.
On the home screen, hit that little plus sign next to the big phone button at the bottom, then tap on shortcuts. When that comes up, tap bookmarks, then just hit the one you want to add on. Arrange into place, and you're off to the races.
Top show, chap! Pip, pip, cheerio.
That is dynamite.
You've been a great help.
Thank you very much.
