I have A Tablet Of Sencor.I Purchased It 2 Months Ago.I heard From My Friends That Android phones Or tablets Operating Systems Can Be Upgraded From Old Version Like Ginger bread Or Honey Comb Or ICS etc To Jelly Bean

You will need to check the manufacturer's website for information about official updates. Not all manufacturers bother with these.

It is possible to root (get admin access) to Android devices and then install unofficial updates however I don't know much about that. If there's a section for your device on here, your best bet is to take a look at the rooting sub-section. Note that rooting may affect your warranty.
