So I've had this phone for about 3 days and really like it. Today however I'm trying to customize my screen more, and find I can't add certain shortcuts or widgets. Basically any shortcut or widget that requires an extra step (like selecting which contact to put on) doesn't show up on the screen after the selection. Any idea what the problem is/how to fix it?

Not sure what you mean by selecting a contact to put a widget on... But make sure that when you add widgets, there is enough space for that one. If it requires 4 spaces in a horizontal line, like the google search box, make room for it. With regular app short cuts you can add them a couple of ways, I like pulling up the app screen, long pressing on the one I want to add and dragging it to its destination.

There is enough space, I even cleared a screen to make sure. And I've added a bunch of different things before this, though long press, bringing up menu, etc. Now though some just won't show up after I select them.
