Can not play youtube on htc desire s

Hi,I've just got a HTC Desire S 510E, but I can not play the youtube( on the youtube application and Internet application also ), It just load the icons, then show the message "Can not play this video" :-(.Is Anyone have the same problem with me?

Welcome to Android Forums.

You might want to check in HTC Desire S - Android Forums and see if it's a common problem. You might need to install the Flash Player for the web videos to work, but the YouTube app should play pretty much everything.
