can anybody help me and tell me how to download an app fpr my android mid tablet????

If the app is a .apk file, copy it to your SD card. In my opinion the asiest way to do that is to remove the SD card from the tablet and install the card into the SD card slot on your computer. You can then copy the file onto the card and then move the card back to the tablet. Once the card is re-installed in the tablet use your tablets file explorer app to perure it and then run it. It'll then install on the tablet.
