    Is this normal?

There's always 470-500+ mb in use all the time. I can't turn off certain apps like Verizon Navigator (which I don't even use) or NFL mobile (not a fan of football).

I've got maybe 5 apps total right now and they're set to turn off after 2 min of screen shutting off. They're always off but these certain apps just don't close... what the heck lol...

    Is it bloatware?

The ram status is mainly how Android likes to load apps up in ram and Weptop takes a few hundred megs.

Basically nothing to worry about. As long as your phone does not become slow and unresponsive because resources are low, there is nothing to talk about.

Considering how resource rich this phone is, worrying about memory should be right up there with worrying about getting hit by a meteor. This phone wastes more memory than most older phones, and still has double the amount available of old phones.
