Can someone make an Android application for me?

I have installed the android software and eclipse , but i need help with making button functions and everytime i click on the button, it says student app has stopped working. I hope someone can atleast get me started on making the buttons for work me.

I will be making an app on student with name, course registration and results available.

Or any type of application to make it for me.
