I accidently uninstalled a important system program on my phone. I tried resetting it to factory defaults thinking that would fix the problem. Now I cant get past the "touch the android to begin" set up screen. I need to flash my phone and install a rom. Is there any way to do this from my computer? I can sync my phone to my comp but thats it.

I have already tried downloading a rom, putting it on the sd card, and running "update from sd card" at start up. I get an error message saying E:signature verification failed. Installation aborted.

I would search the manufacturer's website to see if they have provisions to accomplish the task.
