I was looking up SMS applications and came across Textra, and in one of the showcase images, there is a keyboard that looks like the Blackberry Z10:

I have both. Do you know where in the settings I can get the extra row of numbers at the top like the Z10 or in that image?

No I don't, but I did purchase SwiftKey I believe.
